4. Payments & Refund Policy
4.1 Digital Products & Coaching Programs
All digital products, including but not limited to online assessments, coaching programs, and downloadable content, are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
4.2 Membership & Subscription Content
Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time. However, refunds are not provided for any payments already processed.
You may cancel future payments through your account settings or by contacting us at info@aetherrealretreats.com.
4.3 Workshops & Retreats
Workshops must be purchased by an adult (18+).
Retreats are for adults aged 18+ only.
For retreat bookings:
You may request a full refund up to 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the retreat date due to event planning costs and reservation commitments.
5. No Guarantees & Personal Responsibility
While Aether Real Retreats LLC provides personal development tools and coaching programs intended to promote self-awareness and empowerment, we make no guarantees of specific results, outcomes, or improvements.
You are solely responsible for your personal growth, decisions, and actions.
Our services are not a substitute for professional therapy, mental health services, or medical care. If you require mental health or medical support, we encourage you to seek professional services.
6. Limitation of Liability
